I was planning on getting a new set of wheels recently, however other items of work seem to always crop up at the wrong time and now Im going to have to put the new wheels on the backburner.

I like the wheels on my car at the moment, and I was wondering how much people have paid before to have their wheels refurbished.

I know that one of mine is possibly buckled ever so slightly, but when I phoned Spit and Polish in tonbridge, they told me it would be £58 + vat per rim to refurb, plus £25 min + vat for every wheel that was buckled.

When i factored in the cost of tyres too, it made sense to buy another set.

Does anyone else in Kent know of anywhere which can do wheel refurbs with a good turnaround and decent price?

Seems pricey to me the place I used when I was up north did my wheels for £45 per wheel and they were spot on

Wheels suit the car, keep em spend the change on something else

Do these places have a fixed price for each wheel or is it different from case to case? I have 3 piece splits and the paint is starting the flake away from the centre spokes meaning a complete respray top to bottom.... :?

i can get them done for 20-25 per rim. but then again my mate does work in a body shop at a well known nissan dealer
