Guess this has been asked a thousand times before but here goes (no owners manual which does not help)

I'm due to do the first fluid change on my new beasty...oil in engine, gearbox & diff...etc...

I've got a totally standard Spec 1 GTST. High mileage 141k but i've got all the service stamps up the drivers door and hence what to keep on top of things

What viscosity fluid do i need for the engine, gearbox & rear diff?

Also capacities?

Pretty sure i've got the optional active limited slip diff too (mine has all the optional extra boxed ticked, sunroof, nismo gtst side skirts & rear spats, hicas, )
