Garret GT3582 Turbo
Top Mount "China" manifold
"China" 38 mm wastegate
Oil Cooler
BIG intercooler
Greddy Blowoff
SPEC Stage 3+ Clutch
modified AEM Flywheil
modified AEM intake manifold
Fuel Pressure Regulator
Q45 AFM
Apexi FC
NGK Spark Plugs

and now i had a question .

Which size of injectors will fit my setup ? And which brand is good ? i have 4000 DNK ( 450 £ ) + -

500 BHP on 1.3 bar ? with "unopned" engine..

550 cc injectors would do you and should be ok with unopened engine but i would budget for a rebuild just in case.

i wish i had done my engine build first then the turbo lol

for future proof i would go nismo 740's

brand can depend on your budget i use nismos but its all down to what you want

and yep killed my standard engine in less than a week after fitting a 400 bhp kit then promptly killed my forged engine due to a failed spark plug

I'd go 720's also. If you decide to go more in the future you got the flow then. Plus you dont wanna be running the 550's flat out

i would be very careful running that cheap wastegate too!! i would advise getting a tial, worth getting ur manifold skimmed and braced too!

injectors should be rated at 80% at your peak power eg, if you are wanting to make 500, then 500cc/min should be 80% of their capacity

do not oversize, its false economy, the injectors will not atomise the fuel at low rpm, idle and the like and vbore wash occurrs and bad emissions

1.3 bar on a standard head gasket is playing with fire mate, i know most of it is in the mapping so i hope you have a good tuner

thats a myth

it will go over 1.2 if its in good nick and mapped correctly
