People say that the rear suspension assembly for the r33 and others are no good for drifting because they are rear steer is this true and how do you eliminate this?

as above, there's lots of ways to remove it ranging from free (if you don't mind ripping out some electronics) to £200 for mech lock-outs

You can fit an s14 rear sub frame.... or something like that I'm sure I've heard in the past

I can't see the exclusion of discussion on 4wd anywhere. The question is pretty broad. So no, that isn't irrelevant. It's entirely relevant.

any rear wheel drive only skyline.

remove fuse for hicas is the cheapest to lock it.

or

remove the hicas and replace with a lockout bar is next cheapest.

I personally think the r34 is best for drifting. The chassis feels a lot more controlable IMO!
