Just havinga little rant.... heating boiler packed in yesterday, got one of those service plans with British Gas, phoned them up, normal questions, have you got anyone with disabilities in the house (nearly answered yes I'm mad but didn't), any children under the age of 2, any other forms of heating, no, no and no.:nonono: 'Sorry we can't come out til tomorrow morning.

Me grovel, grovel grovel to boss, promise I will come in after they have been, will make time up etc etc etc.

Ok- sorted, so you think.

Running round like an idiot, trying to keep warm, walked to office(furthest end of the house - about 40 foot from front door) with cup of coffee for hubby, put cup down, walked back and theres a little note from Gas man.

"Sorry you were out when I called today, please call ********** to arrange another appoitment":mad:

Phone call, couldn't have been more than five minutes later (after I had taken numerous deep breaths) and "Sorry he can't come out til this afternoon now"

Guess who is going to have to do some more grovelling and work back every night to make up the time?

NOW - wheres my fags?

At least next time you will know next time to answer yes yes and yes :rofl: and they might get round sooner!
