Curious as to what the difference between these are and what benefits there are of fitting one over the other.

Will both allow an induction kit to fit easily back on?

Z32 is the same size as the 33 and the filter boltholes are in the exact same place. Q45 is 10mm bigger. Can't recall what each max out at, but the Q45 is used for bigger power figures where the Z32 would be maxed.

How easy is it to fit the Q45 due to the fact it's 10mm bigger? What's needed if anything.

You can either get a custom intake pipe made, or easiest solution is to use a 80>70mm reducer silicon pipe. You'll need to get a filter to fit the Q45 afm too.
